01 Service overview

XCZone provides Cloud Mac rentals. A “Cloud Mac” is a dedicated physical machine at your selected location that you can access remotely—not a virtual machine on a shared host. A “location” is the region where the device you select at checkout is based. Remote desktop is one way to access the device’s graphical interface; it is not the device itself.

Available models are XcodeZone M4 Start (M4, 16 GB memory, 256 GB SSD), XcodeZone M4 Work (M4, 24 GB memory, 512 GB SSD) and XcodeZone M4 Pro (M4 Pro, 64 GB memory, 2 TB SSD). The catalogue lists five locations: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong and the US West Coast. All three plans are listed for these locations. Check the console for real-time availability when placing your order.

Before choosing a configuration, check that its operating system version, toolchain, memory and storage meet your project’s needs. Model names and recommended use cases do not guarantee performance for any particular project, model or build task.

02 Orders & delivery

When ordering, select a model, location, billing cycle and any add-ons, then review the configuration and USD amount shown before submitting. Available billing cycles are daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Add-ons are charged only when explicitly selected on the order. The ordering page and the order management area after sign-in serve different purposes; follow the confirmation details shown on each page.

After your order is complete, check the delivered model, location and connection details in the console. Configure your remote desktop client using the instructions provided with the delivery. Do not use fields, ports or credentials shown in illustrative interfaces as actual connection settings; always use the details supplied for your order.

If the delivery details do not match your confirmed order, sign in to the console and submit a support ticket with your order, selected configuration and a description of the difference. You can also email support@xcodezone.com. Never include passwords, tokens or private keys in a support ticket or email.

03 Pricing & payment

The catalogue prices below cover all three plans and are shown in US dollars (USD). Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly prices are listed separately; the price for one cycle does not determine the price for another. Before checkout, verify the cycle, configuration and amount on your order confirmation page.

Model catalogue prices (USD)
ModelDayWeekMonthQuarter
XcodeZone M4 Start$21.2$57.3$106.2$288.9
XcodeZone M4 Work$41.4$111.7$206.8$562.5
XcodeZone M4 Pro$59.9$161.7$299.5$814.6

Storage expansion and Thunderbolt 5 interconnect are optional add-ons. The table below lists the price of each add-on by billing cycle; check it separately against the price for your selected model and cycle. Thunderbolt 5 interconnect is priced per machine.

Add-on catalogue prices (USD)
Add-onDayWeekMonthQuarter

We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard or Amex processed through Stripe. All orders are charged in US dollars (USD). Payment gateways available at checkout are determined by the response from the backend. Before confirming payment, verify the network, card details and order total.

04 Rental term, changes & expiry

Your rental term is based on the daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly cycle confirmed in your order. Each cycle has its own price; choosing a longer cycle does not mean you can pay for it by the day. To continue using the service, check the renewal options and confirmation details available for your order in the console. Do not assume that future arrangements will match a previous order.

Changes to the model, location, billing cycle or add-ons depend on the options available in the console and the confirmation shown when you make the change. Before submitting a new selection, check the amount and when it takes effect. A selection is not an order change until it has been confirmed.

Before your rental term ends, take care of any project files, build artifacts and access arrangements you need to keep, and check the expiry details shown in the console. These terms do not promise automatic renewal, a specific data retention period after expiry or a refund. For order-specific handling, refer to the confirmed order details and applicable service rules.

05 Acceptable use & account responsibilities

Keep your console account and remote connection credentials secure. Manage team members’ access according to their permissions, and review actions taken through your account. If you suspect credentials have been exposed, stop sharing them and report the situation through a console support ticket.

When using a Cloud Mac, comply with applicable laws, software licences and the terms of the development tools you use. Renting a device does not grant rights to third-party software, assets, code or services. Before installing tools or running automated tasks, confirm that you have the necessary licences and permissions.

Development certificates, provisioning profiles, signing materials and build keys should be managed by authorised personnel. Do not put sensitive materials in public repositories, public issue reports or shared directories without proper authorisation. When handing work over to your team, review access permissions and revocation arrangements.

06 Data & remote access responsibilities

Manage the project files, dependencies, logs and build artifacts you store on the device, and arrange backups and exports as your project requires. Avoid keeping important data in only one working environment. For data handling and retention arrangements related to a specific order, refer to the confirmed service rules.

When connecting remotely, verify the delivered connection details in the console and use network and client settings on your local device that meet your project’s needs. When you finish, close sessions you no longer need, review sharing permissions and make sure credentials are not left in build logs, script output or places others can access.

If you experience connection issues, note the selected location, time, client message and steps you have tried, then submit a support ticket through the console. For details about how information from public websites and service contact details is handled, see ourPrivacy Policy.

07 Service limitations, disputes & updates

The console’s real-time information and your confirmed order details govern the specific configuration and order status. Issues arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control or from user actions should be assessed based on the facts, relevant records and applicable service rules. These terms do not establish unconfirmed compensation amounts or resolution deadlines.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. If a dispute arises, the parties may first discuss it through a console support ticket or by emailing support@xcodezone.com . If court proceedings are necessary, they will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that same jurisdiction.

When these terms are updated, the latest version and its effective date will be shown on this page. Before placing another order, review the current terms and order confirmation details. If you have questions about the terms or a specific order, contact us through either of the channels above.
