1. Scope and version

This policy applies to the XCZone public website, email inquiries sent through the contact page, and ordering and service management features available after you sign in to the console. Browsing the site does not create an account, and you do not need to make a purchase before contacting us by email.

Information on the contact page is optional. If you email us using your own email client, your message is delivered through the email service you choose. If you sign in to the console and submit a ticket, its contents enter the service workflow associated with your account. These are separate contact channels.

This page shows the current online version, effective from its publication date. The operating entity’s registration details and the exact publication date of this version should be verified against the official publication records and service documents. This policy does not substitute unverified entity names or dates for those records.

2. Data types and sources

When you contact us, you may provide your name, reply email address, inquiry topic, Mac model, location, and a description of the issue. If you choose to include when it occurred, steps to reproduce it, or screenshots, that information will also be processed with your email or ticket. Do not include passwords, tokens, or private keys in your inquiry.

When you use the console, information needed to order and manage services may include your account email, selected Mac model and location, billing period, add-ons, and records related to orders, invoices, or support tickets. The specific fields depend on the feature and interface you use.

To respond to website requests and troubleshoot operational issues, our servers may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, pages visited, and browser or device identifiers. If site analytics are enabled, they may also generate page-view and interaction records. This information is distinct from the message you choose to send us.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your contact details and description of the issue to understand your inquiry, respond, and follow up on the same matter if you provide more information. Your Mac model and location can help us investigate, but you do not need to send connection credentials by email.

We use account, order, and service records to process your chosen configuration, provide invoices, deliver and manage services, and link support tickets to the relevant matter. Technical information needed to operate the website helps deliver pages, maintain features, and identify unusual requests.

The legal basis for processing depends on the feature, the operating entity, and applicable law. It may include providing a service at your request, meeting legal obligations, or maintaining website operations where permitted by law. Where consent is required, we will explain this through the relevant feature and obtain your consent; simply reading this page does not imply consent.

4. Service providers and data transfers

Different providers may support our website, email delivery, console, and payment processes. If you pay by card, Stripe processes Visa, Mastercard, and Amex payments. USDT-TRC20 is also supported. Available payment gateways are shown in the console, and prices are displayed in USD.

We should share only the information a service provider needs to perform its relevant function. For example, replying to an email requires your email address and correspondence, while processing a payment requires relevant order and payment information. Messages you send through your own email client also pass through the email service you choose.

Check the applicable service documents and actual deployment for details of specific providers, data processing locations, and cross-border transfers. This policy makes no unverified claims about storage locations, certifications, or processing exclusively in a particular place. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements should be met.

5. Retention and security

Different records have different retention needs. We may keep inquiry correspondence while an issue requires follow-up; order and invoice records may also be subject to applicable financial or legal obligations; and technical website records support operations and troubleshooting. We do not promise one fixed retention period for every category without verified grounds.

When information is no longer needed for its original purpose and no retention obligation applies, it should be deleted or de-identified in accordance with the relevant procedures. To ask about the retention of a particular type of record, contact us through the channels listed on this page and identify the account or inquiry it relates to.

Access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant work. Account and remote connection credentials should also be protected by their holders. No technical or administrative measure can guarantee absolute security. If you notice suspected unauthorized access, promptly report what happened through a console ticket or our support email.

6. Your rights and how to contact us

Where applicable law provides, you may request access to or correction of information about you, or ask us to delete it, restrict or stop processing it, or provide a copy. Some requests may be limited by order fulfilment, legal retention obligations, or identity verification requirements. We will explain the outcome in light of the specific records involved.

Email us at support@xcodezone.com, or sign in to the console and submit a ticket. To help us locate the relevant records, include your reply email address, the related order or ticket, and what you are requesting. Never send passwords, tokens, or private keys by email.

We may need to verify that you are connected to the records concerned to avoid disclosing account information to someone else. For guidance on how to contact us and what to include, see our contact page.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy when website features, processing activities, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page, and you can return to it through the privacy link in the website footer. Updated text should include its version and effective date so it can be distinguished from earlier versions.

If a change materially affects your rights or how your information is used, we should notify you through an interface or contact channel suited to the feature. Whether you need to provide additional confirmation to keep using a feature depends on the change and applicable law; updating this page alone does not mean you have consented.

Disputes relating to this policy are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform’s operating entity is based and heard by courts with jurisdiction there. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. For terms governing use of the service, see our Terms of Service.
